Peter Hunter elected PSNZ President

Peter Hunter was elected President of the Physiological Society of New Zealand at its Annual General Meeting in November 2007. Director of the Auckland Bioengineering Institute, Peter Hunter is a longstanding member of the Society and leads the international Physiome initiative.

Jenny Clarkson wins Hubbard Prize 2007

Jenny Clarkson, winner of the 2007 Hubbard Prize has completed her PhD and recently left for the US to take up a postdoctoral fellowship. She writes about the path she took to her doctoral studies.
