According to the Constitution, Council should comprise: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Proceedings Editor and Newsletter Editor (these Office Bearers have a three-year term of office and can be re-appointed for a further two years*) and six Councillors (three-year term only). Council has powers to co-opt for a year at a time (co-opted members can be re-co-opted). Total number of Council members shall not exceed 14. [*By a resolution of the AGM Office Bearers can be elected for a third term of office (three years) based on a proven need for the incumbent to continue.]
