PSNZ Awards

The Triennial Medal is made every three years in recognition of distinguished physiological research published by a member of the Society in the previous five years.

This prize is awarded every two years in recognition of sustained outstanding research by a sub-professorial member.

The John Hubbard Memorial Prize is awarded in recognition of excellence in studies towards a PhD.

This prize is awarded for outstanding research by a post-doctoral fellow, research fellow, assistant research fellow, or early career academic staff member.

The prize is awarded for the Best Student Oral and Poster Presentation at the Society’s Annual Scientific Meeting.

PSNZ Student Travel Award

Students who are PSNZ members can apply to this award to support travel to attend and present their research at the MedSciNZ Conference. Information on how to apply will be distributed to the PSNZ membership prior to the conference.
